Comedian, actress and writer Amy Schumer is selling her five-bedroom, six-bathroom Upper West Side “Garden in the Sky” penthouse for $15 million. She and her husband, chef Chris Fischer, want to be closer to her son’s school, according to Dirt.com. Back in 2016, the celebrity paid $12.15 million (USD) for the the 4,500-square-foot, full-floor penthouse, which also includes a rooftop terrace atop a landmarked Beaux-Arts prewar building.

It’s easy to see why the listing refers to the unit as a “garden in the sky.” There are rooms filled with greenery and 3,000 square feet of wraparound terraces brimming with plants.
Eleven-foot-high bi-fold glass doors can be opened up for fresh air, while angled skylights bathe the 900-square-foot space with tons of natural light.
